GLOCE endorses the presentation of the Second International Congress of Educational Innovation and Neuroeducation CIIEN2020, organized by the organization THE Talento Humano Emprendedor, on October 08, 09 and 10, 2020, an online event, in which speakers from different Latin American countries participate , and with the presence of various international organizations.
